Billing questions

You get full access to your selected plan for 14 days — no credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you'll choose whether to continue with a paid plan. If you don't upgrade, your account transitions to read-only access.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're billed the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
No long-term contract required. Monthly billing is pay-as-you-go — cancel anytime. Annual billing offers a ~20% discount and is billed upfront for 12 months. Annual plans include the same cancellation rights; unused months may be refunded at our discretion.
Active opportunities are open CRM deals with at least one associated call in the last 90 days. Closed-won, closed-lost, and dormant deals (no call activity in 90+ days) do not count against your plan limit. Counts are checked at the start of each billing cycle.
