Auto-Match Signals to Pipeline

Within minutes of each call, Winpathio scans the transcript for 22 buyer signal types, identifies which CRM deal the call belongs to, and compares detected signals against expected buyer behavior for that pipeline stage.

Winpathio uses attendee email matching (call participants matched to CRM contacts), deal stage and value, and call metadata to link calls to deals with high accuracy. When the match is uncertain, the alert is flagged as "unconfirmed match" so managers can verify before acting.
Custom signal taxonomy is available in the Scale plan. Growth plan uses the expanded 22-signal library out of the box, which covers the most common at-risk patterns observed across B2B sales teams. Most Growth teams find the standard library covers 80–90% of their use cases.
